INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Large can of tomato sauce or 2 smaller cans
- 1 can of diced tomatos
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- Seasonings: I use some Sazon, Adobo, and Italian mix (Parsley/Oregano, etc)
- Garlic cloves or minced garlic to suit your taste
- 1 package of Lite Life Smart Ground (Vegan ground "Beef")
- Onion cut up
- Heat some oil in a sauce pan over medium heat.
- Add in onions and garlic. Saute until the onion is cooked soft.
- Add in Smart Ground and other seasonings. Cook until browned.
- Add in diced tomatoes and then tomato paste. Stir well.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for about a half hour.
